Monthly retainer
From £750/mo
Social media management retainers are scoped around posting frequency, number of platforms, and whether community management is included. Instagram-only with three posts per week and monthly reporting starts from £750 per month. Full-service management across two platforms, including community management and Stories, is typically £1,100–£1,500 per month. Minimum three-month commitment.
All prices exclude VAT. Content production (photography, video) is quoted separately if required.
Common Questions
Do you need access to our Instagram account?
Yes — to manage scheduling and publishing we'll need to be added as an admin or use a scheduling tool connected to your account. We can walk you through the setup. Your account remains yours; we can be removed at any time.
What if something big happens that we want to post about immediately?
We build flexibility into every retainer for reactive content — a new product launch, a local press mention, a community moment worth sharing. You message us, we turn it around quickly. The planned calendar doesn't prevent you from being human and timely.
Do you shoot the photos?
Photography isn't included in the base retainer, but we can coordinate it. Most clients either supply their own photography, provide us with regular batches of shots, or we arrange a monthly photography session with a local photographer we brief and direct. We'll tell you exactly what you need to capture and when.
Can you manage TikTok or YouTube as well?
We're primarily focused on Instagram and Facebook, where most independent coffee businesses have the highest return on effort. We can advise on TikTok strategy, but ongoing TikTok management involves video production that sits outside our standard retainer model. Talk to us and we'll be honest about what makes sense for your business.
How long before we see results?
Organic social growth takes time. In the first month you'll notice more consistency and a cleaner presence. In months two and three you'll start to see engagement improve. Meaningful follower growth and measurable commercial impact typically shows up in months four to six. Anyone promising faster results is either very lucky or being misleading.
