What's the minimum commitment for a growth programme?

All our growth retainers — content creation, social media management, and wholesale support — require a minimum three-month commitment. This isn't about locking you in; it's because meaningful results take time. Three months gives us enough runway to build momentum, learn what works for your specific business, and show you a genuine return.

Can we combine services, or do we have to pick one?

You can absolutely combine programmes. Many clients run social media management and content creation together, or pair wholesale support with a content programme to build the online presence that makes their wholesale pitch more credible. We'll tell you honestly if we think a combination makes sense for where you are right now — or if it's too much too soon.

Do I need to be fully established before working with you on growth?

You need to be trading. We work with businesses that are open and serving customers — not businesses that are still in the planning stage, which is what our consulting services are for. If you've been open at least three months and have a clear sense of what you're selling and who your customers are, you're ready to think about growth.

How involved do I need to be once we start?

Less than you'd think. After the initial onboarding — where we get under the skin of your business, voice, and goals — our programmes are designed to run with minimal input from you. For content and social, we'll need your approval on monthly plans and occasional photos or updates. For wholesale, we'll have a regular check-in to review pipeline progress. The whole point is to take things off your plate.

What if things aren't working?

We tell you, and we fix them. Every programme includes regular reviews built around honest assessment of what the numbers say. If something isn't working, we'd rather have that conversation early and adjust than let a mediocre programme run on autopilot. After the initial three-month minimum, you can end a retainer with one month's notice.
